The floral, meaty, smokey blue and blackberries and pepper spices of the north, joining the ripe, unctuous red currants, sun-dried plums, strawberries, and roasted provencal herbs of the south...this is just a BEAST! 65% syrah, 30% grenache, and 5% counoise, all from 60+ year old vines. STUPID GOOD. Shockingly harmonious, beautifully integrated, structured, and built to last, this Vin d’ Pays would CRUSH its competition – but there really isn’t anything like it! We’ve got the best price anywhere, and we begged for more...but this is SPECIAL!
