YES!!! Öömrang’s Müller-Thurgau is BACK! If you scored any of the 2020 we featured a ways back – you are straight up backflipping for this! Bone dry, searingly fresh, hyper-aromatic pink grapefruit, lemon, and lime, along with papaya, guava, and bushels of peaches – this is a full-fledged rainbow of fruit, with a steely, minerally, river-rocky backbone and underpinnings of white florals. It is an absolute thrill to sip on, and it goes down entirely too easy! You NEED a bottle (or three) of this on your holiday turkey table – seriously EPIC stuff!

Müller-Thurgau – ever heard of it?! No, it’s not some hot, up-and-coming actor in the new Deadpool movie...it’s actually Riesling’s love child and the second most popular grape variety planted in Germany! Dr. Hermann Müller went all Frankenstein and first created this mash-up grape variety in 1882 at the Geisenheim Grape Breeding Institute in Germany, using Riesling and Madeleine Royale as his muses. He wanted the intensity and complexity of Riesling, and the early ripening qualities of Madeleine Royale (it typically harvests in mid-July) – and the result has been a grape that is relatively easy to grow and shows insane levels of mineral, fruit, and floral complexities when grown and developed in a high-quality way!
Washington’s Öömrang is doing high quality across ALL fronts! Sustainable, ORGANIC, cutting-edge tech…they’ve got it going on, and then some! This is a THRILL to sip on, and goes down way, WAY too easily!
