Robert Parker called it “gorgeous”, “finessed” and “impeccably polished” while Stephen Tanzer called it a “very sexy, vibrant wine.” He even followed up on his original review in 2018, noting the 2008 was “delicious right now but has the intensity to go on for at least another decade!” 

And, here…we…are!!! I’m talking about KILLER Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon with PERFECT provenance – made by the superb winemaking talents of Bill and Dawnine Dyer. Toss in legendary vineyard guru, Mike Wolf (ahem…Harlan, Bond, and countless others) and you have an all-star constellation of cosmic talent – and you can taste it in every single sip! The wine is jaw-droppingingly good…perfectly ripe plums, and crème de cassis, with Chantilly cream, and baked strawberries, with this Bordeaux-esque graphite thing, and black-pepper smoked meats, and roasted fennel, with a dusting of cumin and a dollop of fig jam – just STUNNING!
