But the years have revealed the inherent elegance of this Spring Mountain GEM, with violets, and Damascus plum, vanilla bean, and Luxardo cherries galore. Each sip builds and lingers impressively upon the last – structure for days, but each greedy gulp brings out more layers of blackberry, and blueberry, with chocolate truffles, and pomegranate molasses, spicebox notes of clove and cardamom, and little flecks of crushed granite intensity along the way.
