An ageless wonder to give Elizabeth Hurley a run for the money — enigmatically floral and delicately spicy, with a seductive honeysuckle and orange blossom character on the nose. The flavors are crystalline and well-preserved, with candied orange peels, pomelo, honeyed ginger, Tuscan melon, and lemon verbena. There’s a salty, mineral-rich, phenolic bitterness that prevents this from ever becoming cloying or overly intense — it’s as pristinely balanced as you could only dream of — with almost no signs of aging of any kind…quite impressive for a Napa white that is almost a teenager!  A BRILLIANT wine in all ways — and one of the most unique, immensely age-worthy dry and aromatic white wines I’ve ever tasted from California…full stop.Â
